A vacant car park area at the rear of a pharmacy in Market Harborough. The client was unsure of what they could do with the land, with the opinion that we had to maximise this space whilst keeping in mind the Clients budget we opted to apply for planning permission for a residential scheme that could be sold.

The client was unsure of what they could do with the land, with the opinion that we had to maximise this space whilst keeping in mind the Clients budget we opted to apply for planning permission for a residential scheme that could be sold.

Initially a new build scheme for 6 apartments was put together. At the Pre-Planning Application Stage this had been met with some concerns stating the scheme would be too bulky. After much deliberation with the local council we were able to agree a scheme of six 2 bedroom maisonettes. This scheme was approved and granted planning permission.

As a company we aim to ensure we get the best possible outcome for our Clients.

This project has been dealt with by Sira Building and Development from the very beginning and now that planning Permission has been obtained, we will now be looking forward to the next phase of building the project in July 2020.
